In order to pass the practical exam, it is required to pass its both parts—maneuvering and driving in the city. In case of passing the maneuvering part and failing the city drive, candidates are obliged to retake the maneuvering part of the exam.

The examinee may make complaints to head of examination centre after the exam within 7 subsequent days in case the exam procedures were violated. If the examinee either fails or does not attend the exam, the date of the next exam may be set no earlier than one week after the previous exam.

In order to retake and correct a failed exam, the examinee is obliged to make another payment for the exam at the traffic centre. Having failed the exam for the third time, it compulsory to undergo additional training. The training involves buying the following minimum training hours at the training centre:

1. 10-hour theoretical course covering one driving licence category in case of failing the theory exam for the third time.

2. 5 hours of driving practice in case of failing the practical exam for the third time.

If the examinee does not speak polish, a sworn translator is present during the exam!

For such categories as  C, C1, D, D1, T, B+E, C+E, C1+E, D+E or D1+E, each examinee is obliged to perform tasks number 1 and 2 specified in the task table and in a set described in the table below. The set  is chosen at random by the first examinee on the list of those who qualified for the practical exam.

CITY DRIVE

The tasks set by examiners may not be incompatible with the traffic regulations, which would violate traffic safety.

The examinee is entitled to make one mistake in each of task categories—errors such as running over a solid line, not indicating the turns.

Regulations provide for the obligation of the examiner to fill in the exam course sheet, which means that all the mistakes made by the examinee are recorded.

Having finished the exam, the examiner informs the examinee about its results. In case of failing, the examiner informs about the reasons and hands over the exam course sheet to the examinee.
