Internal exam
Regulations of internal exam procedure:
- Internal exam consists of the following part:
- theory – carried out in an examination room in a form of a computer or written multiple choice test;
- practical – carried out on a maneuvering yard and in city traffic.
- The exam may be taken by a candidate who has completed the minimum required programme of theoretical and practical hours of training.
- In order to be admitted to the practical internal exam, the candidate has to pass the theory exam.
- The internal exam is performed by the instructor appointed by head of training centre. If the assigned instructor does carry out the internal exam, it is obligatory that he or she is present throughout the course of the said exam.
The scope of the theory exam, number of exam questions, their content, the manner of evaluation, and the exam time comply with the regulations of the national theory and practical driving licence exam.
The information on the theory exam's result, the number of mistakes, and the date of the exam signed by the instructor and a trainee is provided in a trainee's documentation confirming the completion of the course or training.
The scope of the practical internal exam, evaluation criteria, the time for performing the exam comply with the exam procedure regulations of the national driving licence exam.
During the internal practical exam, a trainee is to perform all the tasks assigned for the national driving licence exam irrespective of the number of mistakes he or she makes.
Throughout the practical exam, the instructor is to fill in the practical exam course form where he or she is to detail all the mistakes made by an examinee.
Having completed the practical part of the internal exam, the instructor should discuss the mistakes with an examinee.
Should an examinee fail the exam, the instructor and examinee discuss the practical exam course form and plan further course of training so that the examinee acquires all the necessary skills.
The practical exam course form is signed by the instructor who carries out the exam, the leading instructor and the examinee.
Internal exam course forms are given to examinees.
The said internal course forms are identical to those used during a national driving licence exam.
